Visa Application

We recommend all our international patients and their families to apply for a Medical Visa so as to be able to enter the country without any hassles.

We at Narayana Health will be happy to assist you with visa recommendation letters, in case the need arises.

Medical and Legal Documents

In case you are being sponsored by an NGO, a corporate, an insurance company etc., it is mandatory that you carry your sponsorship letter with you during the course of your travel.

In case you have transferred funds online, it is also recommended that you carry the transaction receipt with you during your visit to Narayana Health.

Travel Requirements & Assistance

Once you have decided upon a travel itinerary, we insist that you forward the same to our international team, who can then prepare for your arrival, as well as arrange for a complimentary pick up from the airport.

Meet our team at the International Division of Narayana Health

On your first day at the hospital, our patient care coordinators will meet you to discuss your case and arrange your appointment with your doctor. You can always contact us for assistance or visit us at the international patients’ wing of the hospital.

Payment for Services Availed

If you have already transferred funds via wire transfer to the hospital, we request you to share the details of the same. In case you need to exchange your currency for Indian Rupees, you can visit our travel desk and our team will be pleased to assist you.

Meeting the Consultant

Based on your medical requirements, we will set up a meeting with our experts with whom you can discuss your medical issues, seek advice in terms of the treatment plan, duration as well as the do’s and don’ts. We respect your privacy and maintain the highest level of confidentiality. So please feel free to get in touch with our team for any assistance.

Commuting to the Hospital

In case you require transport to and from your accommodation, we request you to get in touch with our coordinators who will assist you in arranging for the same.

Treatment Estimate

Before your arrival and during your stay, your representative will provide you with an estimate of the cost of treatment. However, in case your treatment plan changes due to unavoidable circumstances, we will also provide you with an updated estimate that accounts for the same.

Before Leaving the Country

Once your treatment is complete, please check with our coordinators to ensure that all Airline Medical Form (MEDA) and Foreigner’s Registration Regulatory Authority of India (FRRO) formalities are completed. Please ensure that you carry all your medical documents, prescriptions of medicines as well as all required certificates when you leave.
